Doug Stephens Launches His New Book, The Retail Revival

Friday marked the launch of retail speaker Doug Stephens' book, The Retail Revival: Re-Imagining Business for the New Age of Consumerism. We were there to celebrate with Doug, and got a good look at the release, which examines the rapidly reforming market landscape and offers insights on how businesses can adapt and survive in the face of online pressures.

Doug also got a special thank-you from Lavin speaker Amber Mac. Doug is often a guest on Amber's show, App Central, where he shares some of the technology that's reforming retail world. While it's nice to see our speakers succeed and produce valuable works, it's also wonderful to see them giving back, as Doug did, by raising hundreds of dollars for Toronto's Red Door Shelter. As for the book, anyone interested in parting the clouds on where our market is going—particularly how to handle the dwindling middle class market—the book is available at bookstores and online.
