When we change in a way that is truly valuable, we won't want to go back to how things were before.
The world is changing quickly—and to stay ahead, we must be able see the opportunity in disruption. Jason Feifer, editor in chief of Entrepreneur magazine, learned how to do this from the smartest entrepreneurs in the world, and has developed actionable strategies to help anyone adapt faster and thrive in the new. Jason argues that every change can lead to a Wouldn’t Go Back moment, which is when we find something that is so valuable that we wouldn’t want to go back to a time before we had it, and he guides audiences towards their own moments with relentless optimism. “Jason has access to the smartest minds in business,” says best-selling author and renowned entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, “and he extracts their best wisdom so you can act on it now.”
“Jason will change the way you think so you can overcome any obstacle and reach your full potential.”— Jim Kwik, New York Times bestselling author of Limitless
Jason Feifer spends his days speaking to the world’s greatest change-makers. He has helmed the world’s leading magazine about entrepreneurship since 2016, is the author of the book Build For Tomorrow, and also hosts multiple podcasts and advises startups. Through it all, he has learned that adaptation is not something people are born with. It is a skill people can learn, and he uses that knowledge to help individuals and entire companies grow into the future.
Jason argues that change happens in four phases. It starts with panic, when we have no idea what we’ll gain or lose. Then we move into adaptation, begin to build a new normal, and finally start to see our Wouldn’t Go Back moment. Jason’s strategies can help people move through those phases faster, and he gives audiences tangible ways to approach them — along with entertaining, memorable, and often funny stories of entrepreneurs who navigated similar problems, as well as surprising lessons drawn from the history of innovation.
Jason is a non-stop optimism machine, and pairs his insights with boundless energy and infectious charisma. In addition to delivering keynotes or sitting for fireside chats, he is also a talented emcee and experienced celebrity interviewer who has profiled everyone from Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson to Michelle Pfeiffer. He is host of two podcasts; the first, Build For Tomorrow, is a funny, fast-paced show exploring the smartest solutions to our most misunderstood challenges. The second, Problem Solvers, highlights entrepreneurs, business owners, and CEOs who are solving unexpected challenges in their lives, businesses, and careers.
Prior to his leadership at Entrepreneur, Jason held editorial roles at Men’s Health, Maxim, and Boston magazine, and has written about business and technology for the Washington Post, Slate, New York, and many more major publications.
Jason was a massive highlight for my team! His energy is contagious, and his message inspired us all to see change as opportunity.

ChatGPT isn’t going to break what’s important in the world—it’s going to break what’s already broken. And that’s good, because now we’re finally going to fix what we should have fixed long ago. Jason Feifer, author and editor in chief of Entrepreneur magazine, says we should stop debating whether AI is the future and start focusing on what’s more important: what we’re going to do with it.
Jason goes beyond the technology itself to give you a sweeping look at what Artificial Intelligence means for your business, and how to adapt to change. How is AI changing your industry? What is valuable right now, and how can you maximize your resources? How do you stay open to innovation and seize your competitive advantage? Going through revelatory examples from the past and present—like knitters during the Industrial Revolution and the man who led union strikes against recorded music—Jason proves that while this is a moment of massive disruption, that’s exactly why it will lead to massive opportunities and innovation. By breaking what’s already broken, AI can make life better for us all and create a future we actually want to live in—and it’s time to see how it can help you.
Innovators have the ability to create fascinating and inspiring new solutions—but that’s only part of what’s required to succeed. If you really want to make change in the world, you have to understand why people are often uncomfortable with change, and how to get them motivated to leap into the unknown with both feet. In an illuminating talk custom-made for big thinkers and change-makers, entrepreneurial expert Jason Feifer shares inspiring stories about how the most transformative innovations in the world were once rejected by the mainstream. Feifer explores the process of building “a bridge of familiarity” in order for revolutionary ideas to be embraced. It’s a vital talk filled with real-world lessons from our modern era about how some of the most transformative entrepreneurs of today broke through to make a huge impact.
The most successful people and organization thrive because they have developed a unique personal relationship with change, which enabled them to grow and thrive in ways that others can’t.
If your company is changing, then your team is asking the question – What Now? They’re frustrated and scared. In his intimate workshop, Jason Feifer helps individuals and teams answer it — by reclaiming a sense of control, recognizing the role they play in this change, and fostering a healthier (and even exciting!) new conversation at your company.
