Lavin Exclusive Speaker

“Stress is the price of a meaningful life,” says Dr. Jenny Taitz. We all experience stress in our daily lives, but there are ways to reset our systems, feel better, and move forward—and it only takes a few minutes. A professor of psychiatry at UCLA and a New York Times contributor whose articles have been widely shared, Jenny is the author of Stress Resets, which Arianna Huffington says “is like getting a warm hug and wise advice from someone you trust.” In clear, practical talks, she offers quick and simple tools that we can use in moments of stress to build resilience and modulate our bodies’ stress response for good. Audiences learn not only how to live better, but how to help others around them do the same.
